- National Insurance number
- Passport number
- Driving licence number
- Vehicle registration document (V5)
- Blue Badge number if held
Additional Information You May Need
- Details of any benefits currently received
- Details of public sector or armed forces pensions, for example Civil Service Pension, NHS Pension Scheme, Armed Forces Pension Scheme, and pension schemes for NHS staff, teachers, police, and firefighters in Scotland

Tell Us Once will notify a wide range of organisations, commonly including: local council services (housing benefit, council tax reduction, Blue Badge and the electoral register), Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Passport Office, DVLA and Veterans UK.

- For business taxes or matters relating to vehicle sale or retention you must still contact HMRC or DVLA directly.
